Release of GG Audio Spin as a Cherry Audio Effect plugin?

Release of GG Audio Spin as a Cherry Audio Effect plugin?

When Cherry bought GG assets and released GG Audio's Blue 3 as a Cherry product, I was very happy (and still am). But I was deeply saddened by the loss of support for GG Audio Spin, which I was actually using even more frequently.

Would it be impossible for Cherry to release Spin as a separate effect plugin, AKA the stand-alone Leslie from Blue3?
