Moving Patches from PC to PC

Hello,
First of all, a big Thank You! To Cherry Audio and team for creating this wonderful emulation of the Rhodes Chroma! I can hardly believe how good this actually sounds.
Secondly, a small problem: How do you transfer your own patches from one PC to load into a second instance on another PC? Where are my new patches stored?
