MeldaProduction has MRecorder. It's part of their free bundle. When I was working on some things I wanted to preserve with audio files, I used MRecorder and it met my needs. Since it's free, you can give it a try.

I am confused by what you meant by "but it's not listed as an instrument in the store or anything" because I posted the link to the location of the instrument in the store and you verified that's the one you want to add.

Maybe by "or anything" you just needed to log into your Cherry Audio account ...
