Path presets option for X/Y

What would ultra-handy is to be able to record up to six different X/Y 'paths' and have them be loaded into an array which could then be switched either manually or by CV triggers. I envision six LEDs to show which 'path' is being played along with a button for manual switching and a jack for CV triggers.
