Ok im stupid and/or missing something obvious...delay module sync?

Hi all, new here and not the most experienced user so pardon the question if it's stupid...
Is there a way to sync the delay module to host tempo?!

(I'm not an expert!)
"stereo delay" module has "time cv in" jack
or maybe separate delay modules each with its own time setting, and route audio at tempo changes using 1x8 switch?
