Tri Mod and Poly Tri Mod updates

Hi
I have released updated versions of Tri Mod and Poly Tri Mod, the following algorithms are added (up to 20 now):
- SAMPLE & HOLD - Samples In when Mod cross from negative to positive.
- TRACK & HOLD - Switch between free running In and sampled In every time Mod cross from negative to positive.
New ideas are of course welcome, please let me know if you have any good ideas.
