"Panner 4" new module and an update for M*4 BBD Bundle

Hi,
I published a new module; the "Panner 4" 4-ch mono to stereo panner. It is good as a companion for the BBD4 module and is a part of M*4 BBD Bundle. Those who own the bundle will receive the module soon.
Also few presets are added to the bundle.
