Any plans to implement dual screen possibility for the GUI ?

It already works in a dual screen setup. What kind of dual screen functionality do you have in mind?

On a dual display Win10 PC, even dragging the little voltage keyboard is not possible.

This is probably because the keyboard is not an independent window - it cannot be dragged outside the VM window rather than the screen. But you can always extend VM to multiple sceeens.
