oscilloscope issue

I am unable to add the oscilloscope to new patches and the oscilloscope appears darkened with the word downloading in place of the oscilloscope label when loading existing patches and it does not function. It never seems to complete downloading

Hi,
Are you running version 1.3.15 of Voltage Modular? If not, try updating.

I was running version 1.3.15. I did an uninstall and reinstall and during the course of that I realized I had forgotten to update some of my account info in Voltage Modular. One of those two things fixed it and all is now well.

Hi,
Go into Settings, Account page, and update your login information, then log back in. In General settings, delete your module files and clear your cache. VM will take a few minutes to re-download everything, but there’s a good chance everything will download correctly.
