Where can I request a refund? Software wont install

This software will only install momentarily and the next time I try to open (the plugin or standalone) it says 'operating system or user account has changed in some way' and needs to reinstall.
Completely unusable.
Could someone please arrange a refund or leave an email address to contact Cherry?
