Lost all user presets with macOS update

I updated to Sonoma, and now all my user presets are gone
Any ideas on where I could find them would be much appreciated.

Look in your hidden Library (Finder/Go Menu/press the Option key).

And if you use Time Machine, you can easily recover them if they did get lost in the update.
