Mercury-4 is a detailed emulation of one of the best-sounding and quirkiest polyphonic synthesizers of the late 1970's, the Roland Jupiter-4.

Can't enter password

Post by pjwassermann »

This is ridiculous: in order to activate Mercury I should need to input my password. But it's impossible to write into the password field.

What to do?

Its a long shot, but by any chance are you using a host for the plug-in version? I don't use a Mac, but I have seen instances in PCs where a host (such as a DAW) uses keystrokes for its own purposes and doesn't pass them on. If you are using a host / DAW, can you log in using the standalone instrument?

Also, you might want to submit a ticket to support.

I found out:
- I tried to copy my password into the field, that didn't work.
- Afterwords it's not possible to write into the field.
- Close the plugin and open, now it's possible to write my 20 character password. I love this job.
