Hi Cherry Audio, please help me sort out this problem. My bank shows I was charged four times for the new Elka-X. I obviously do NOT need four copies of the same synth. Can you please help me? My wife is ready to kick me in the wedding tackle if I don't get this sorted. Thank you.

If you haven't had a response yet, try using the support. I've always found it very fast, and very helpful. I had a small charging issue once and it was fixed almost immediately.
