Hey there!
A few days ago I found out about the Lowdown synth. I tried to buy it but the store wont open on either my Mac laptop or iMac. I use the Viasat browser and the Safari browser but neither allow the store or the download page open, it times out. Any help? I would really like to buy the Lowdown.

Wondering if this has figured out as I have had the same issue for over a month. Recently moved out into the country and had to get satellite internet (Viasat, same ISP as original poster...) and have not been able to login to the store (via the person icon at top right) nor download installers/updates from product pages.

I get; "store.cherryaudio.com took too long to respond" in both cases. Also, when I'm using the already installed VSTs, they're the full working versions but it shows me logged in as "Some famous guy"

Anyway, I have quite a few of your synths and would love to get this resolved as this is the only site I've had issues with!

Forgot to add I'm on a Windows 11 machine using MS Edge as the browser but also had the same issue on Chrome.

Is this maybe an issue with ISP throttling?

I don't think so as I've also tried while still within my monthly high speed data allotment. Even so, that wouldn't wouldn't make sense to me, since I can still watch youtube, live streams, download from other sites, etc when I'm not in that window... but I can't even log into this one site?

It's always a possibility that the ISP may have flagged Cherry Audio as a high-traffic site, and be limiting access on that account.
