ACE Integrator

Post by huggermugger »

I'm a little bit smart with modular, but not a lot smart. Can anyone help me with patching the Integrator to produce an audio waveform?

Try this. It's not the only way to get an oscillator with these modules, but it's a simple one. Can't take credit, though; I pretty much lifted it from one of Grant's ACE presets.

If you install the presets from the ACE Collection, there are many examples of VCOs and LFOs. It might take a while to get your head around them, but they're available as a sort of tutorial.

Unfortunately, the Integrator is one of the most unintuitive modules you'll encounter. It's not an 'instant gratification' thing, where its function is obvious. Have you downloaded the manual from the DMT website? There are a couple of worked examples in there on how to make the Integrator oscillate.
