Required payment for free module?

Why, when I try to acquire something that's flagged as free (in this case, the Year 3 Bundle), do I have to enter a credit card number? Am I missing something? Thanks.

Hi,
Maybe because that's not normally free; it's only free to you because you already own everything in it.
