This applies to any program that uses the Library functionality, from VM itself, to any of the stand-along synths. The library will not remember your tab settings. It appears to apply different settings to each filter section, but any motion, like looking at a different section, then clicking back on the one you just set resets the tabs to default. This should be a setting the user can save on a global basis, it seems to me.
