User presets organization

I wanted to reorganize the presets in my collection, and moving things around does not work as expected.
And it seems like the VM Preset Manager can see folders but does not reindex the content.
I have a folder structure like this one:
I wanted to create a root preset folder for Projects and move the project presets in there:
If I made this moves the presets do not show in the Presets Browser.
I removed all the *.presedb files and let VM reindex, but no success.
Anyone tried this before? Some hints?
I remember I have done this in the past before the feature that creates copies of the Factory presets when edited was added.
