Access Presets in Instrument Rack in Ableton

I have other instruments that have the ability to swap their presets in Ableton without launching the instrument's whole interface; there's a set of controls in the instrument rack (see the screenshot below, you'll see a row in the instrument with a folder button, a disk button, and a drop-down that's currently set to "default"). This entire row of controls is missing from the DCO-106.
Could this feature be implemented for the DCO-106?
