midi drumtrigger question #2

Hi there,
I have a midi drumtrigger setup in VM. I tested this setup with Nithonat and this works. The midi-outs in FL are on port 0, the triggers are set to the corresponding notes, so i can use the step sequencer within fruity. VM show's it's receiving midi, but after one note is triggered, the sound dies although the midi activity within VM shows it's still receiving data. To me it seems the midi drumtrigger module keeps stacking it's data and doesn't refresh in this setup. Am I routing it wrong? The drums do get triggered every time when i use the piano-roll. But i don't want to use the piano-roll, but prefer my fire controller.
