A couple of Mac Key Commands don't work

The shortcut Command +, that's supposed to be zooming in Voltage Modular, doesn't work on my Mac OSX12 Mac Mini. Also Command 0 should reset the zoom factor to 0, instead I have to press the 0 key without Command to make it work.
Command - to zoom out does work instead.
I also really would like to have more keyboard shortcuts and the possibility to customize them.
Foe example, I would like to have a Key Command for the Rec button of the new audio recorder, for the new align modules functions and so on.
Given that Voltage Modular has no proper menù bar is not even possible to use something like Keyboard Maestro to create personal keyboard shortcuts
