More new modules

I just released a few new modules.

MCLK is a master clock with selectable ratio and time shift

CHORUS/FLANGER is a modulated v/oct cross faded dual delay effect

RSG is a repeatable random sequence generator

PRESET VOLTAGE is a 16 output preset voltage sequencer. It also has inputs to save preset attenuations of signals
