How can I delete factory presets?

I'm trying to delete factory presets, I've deleted the files from the main preset folder and this seems to remove them for a short while but after a few minutes they keep reappearing in the main preset list.

How can I delete the factory presets and prevent them from reappearing again? I only want to see/work with the 50-60 that I've saved myself.

Hi,
factory presets belong to the product "Synthesizer". So the software will reload the files if they are missing. (And if an internet access is possible)
I assume you cannot prevent that.
