Notes sustaining infinitely at random in FL Studio

I'm experiencing an issue in FL Studio with Mercury 6. At random when playing my track, the notes will infinitely sustain. I have to either stop and restart playback or go into Mercury 6 and toggle the sustain pedal button on then back off again instead of stopping the track. Someone on FB said they were having an issue when using a sustain pedal, which I don't, but I wonder if this is related?
