Bug report procedure

With the current crop of bugs, what is the proper procedure and protocol for notifying CA or manufacturers of bugs and defects? I am not clear on this.

I have an issue with Surrealistic MG-1 Plus. I'm on Mac, and it keeps creating the folders
"Library\CherryAudio\Surrealistic MG-1 Plus"
"Library\CherryAudio\Surrealistic MG-1 Plus\Logs\"
I have deliberately put the folder names in quotes, because that's exactly how they are named! It's not a path, it's the names of the folders!
This is an obvious misfit between Mac and Windows platform and should be easy to fix, I guess.
