Windows 7 - can't log into VM application

Hi all,
Some Windows 7 users have been unable to log into the Voltage Modular application because their Windows 7 installations haven't been updated to support internet security protocol TLS 1.2.
We made an FAQ entry on how to enable TLS 1.2 for Windows 7: Cannot Log In - Windows 7.
