Should there be a category on this forum for Module Usage. Is it OK to post queries such as 'what does this knob do?
here in this general category.
The tradition for various third party modules so far seem to be to provide scant documentation. For example, why does the Benard Min/Max module sometimes display 'Min' instead of value (my question today!). Detail like this is valuable and not generally provided.

It would be great, if we could have a sub-forum "3rd party developers" with a sub-forum for each 3rd party developer. Users could ask module-specific questions there and the developers could get directly in touch with their users, anounce new module releases or upcoming sales etc. It would also be great if developers would get an email notification each time something is posted in their respective sub-forum.
@cherryaudio : Could this be done?

Such a subforum could prevent developers from answering same questions many times.
Additionally I want all 3rd party developers to provide module descriptions, that can be understood by newcomers too.
At least developers should provide doc files for their modules anyhow. Not all do so!

If you're paying for it, you should get adequate documentation.
