This module says
My quantizer uses a proprietary signal that allows you to mult the same scale settings to multiple sequencer modules at once. This quantizer works with all of my sequencers with quantize inputs.
I am unable to find any sequencer by Ben Davis in the store. What is this referring to? What is this proprietary signal (seems a little contrary to modular synth concepts to me, just saying).

For his Recur and Ranger sequencers for sure as those create random voltages which need to be quantized to a scale. As for the Preset Voltage and Anagram (tho it's a gate sequencer) modules, idk. Don't know what his proprietary signal is as Hz/Octave division is pretty standard (maybe it has to do with some timing clock with his modules???). I see there is no 'Input' for his quantizer where all others I've seen take a signal, often noise, and filter that into note values. So, I assume his module has an internal 'noise' source which perhaps doesn't drift. To test this idea I took the CA Noise module, connected it to the CA Quantizer, hooked that to Macaulay's CV to Note tool and three oscilloscopes. Every so often I'd turn off the signal and noticed the CV tool gave different values when stopped.

But, to be honest, I don't really know and his modules aren't 100% intuitive and are in dire need of documentation. I have his bundle but have yet to put them to use, let alone good use (tho, I reckon there's potential).
