What version of Java do you have installed on your system?

How did you clear the cache?

I tried clearing the cache but it didn't help. I deleted the file "VoltageCatalog.db" located in "\AppData\Roaming\Voltage\Cache"
The version of Java on my machine appears to be the latest one: V8 (update 181)

I tried clearing the cache using the "Clear Cache Files" button in "Settings > Interface" at the top of the Voltage UI.

Java is not in my path but is installed with Voltage in C:\programdata\voltage\vre\64\bin and it reports
openjdk version "1.8.0_172"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (Zulu 8.30.0.2-win64) (build 1.8.0_172-b01)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (Zulu 8.30.0.2-win64) (build 25.172-b01, mixed mode)

Java version "1.8.0_181"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_181-b13)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.181-b13, mixed mode)

Settings --> Interface --> Clear Cache Files

Additional Info: Mac OS X.10.5

BTW ... today the plugins that work OK are: PSP nitroCOMB and PSP nitroPHASER ... All others blank screens ... And i don't know if this will help, but plugin screen becomes blank when the plugin is drop it into the cabinet; while dragging it the plugin screen is OK.

Hi everyone,

We figured out why this is happening. We know exactly how to fix this, and PSP is working on updates to fix this, which will probably be available within 24 hours. In addition, the issue (even with the current modules) is also resolved in Voltage 1.0.3, but we're not expecting to have that out for another week or two, unless PSP can't get this issue fixed sooner.

Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi everyone,

Updated PSP modules are now up on our server, and the graphics issue has been fixed. If you own any of the PSP modules, next time you run Voltage Modular, it will download the latest PSP module updates. Please let us know if you have any questions or problems!

Thanks!
