Feature Suggestion

Memorymode is based upon one of the very best-sounding polyphonic programmable analog synthesizers of the 80s, the legendary Memorymoog synthesizer.

Feature Suggestion

Post by UrbanCyborg »

Nice job on this synth. I've had two of them since the mid-80's, and they're my go-to keyboards. One thing you didn't get right (fortunately) is the noise generator, which infamously, has a pronounced beat on the hardware MemoryMoogs. Of course, the LAMM upgrades after a certain rev fixed that. They also introduced one other really nice feature: the ability to feed an external signal into the Moog's signal path, from about the mixer on. How about adding that to a future rev?
Incidentally, I never had a single problem with tuning on my two units. All you have to do is touch up the tuning every so often (admittedly an annoying process, requiring that you open the case and hinge up some of the voice cards). Still, I gigged with them and never had the problems everyone else seems to report.
