Double Button Presses

I've been experiencing a bug with the buttons on Polymode - sometimes, (and seemingly randomly but fairly often) the buttons will do a "double press" when you click on them. Instead of turning, say Echo off, it will do a quick flick off and back on again instantly. Seems to occur with most if not all of the buttons on the UI.
Is this a known bug?
Also, is there a more official place to report bugs and issues?

Plugin or standalone? Does it happen in the standalone? Do you have version 1.1.0?

Hi Greg,
Yes, this is using version 1.1.0. I seem to have the issue when using the VST3 plugin in Ableton Live (Windows 10). I don't seem to be having the same issue in the standalone.

Is the VST2 version or another plugin format available to you within Ableton? If so, does it happen with the other plugin format?

VST2 version is also fine - it seems to be only the VST3 version with is affected.

I did several tests.
- VST2 in Reason 11 does the double trigger sporadically.
- Interestingly, VST2 in an instance of VM with Mini Plugin Host in Reason 11 behaves correctly (VST3 and AU behave correctly too with this config).
- AU in Logic and Hosting AU behaves correctly.
- AAX in ProTools behaves correctly.
OSX Mojave.
