CA2600 1.2.0 (B103) won't work offline.

Hi, I have a persistent problem with the CA2600. For the past few days, every time I run it offline all I get is the following screen:

I have to go online and when I do it says 'syncing with server' and gives the message 'completing installation'. After this if I go offline and run the program it will work but if I shut down and reboot later or the next day for example, the same thing happens. What gives? Thanks in advance for any assistance. Also none of my Cherry Audio synths work in Reaper but I'll make a separate post about this.

Hi Greg, this is the standalone version. The same thing happened today with all synths. DC0-106, Polymode, MG-1, and CA2600. All I get when I run them is the purple background and nothing else.
