Tuning

I use a korg prologue and I was trying to use it alongside the dc 106 and couldn't help but notice it was out of tune. The prologue seems to be in tune with 440hz which is what my guitar tuner is set to. When I turn it on, it automatically tunes itself. I tried to adjust the tuning on the dc 106 to match it but no mater what I tried it would sound off. Can anyone explain to me what might be happening?
