New builds for Buttons 2/1 and Buttons 4/2

Hi there,
P.moon Buttons 2/1 and Buttons 4/2 have got a little reconstruction. Output jack labels can now be edited by users. Just double click on initial CV out text to input your own label.
Owners will get the updates at next VM start or (if automatic update is deactivated) by clicking on VM Refresh button.
