DNS Server Issue - Clear local DNS cache

If you are still unable to run our products due to login, dns issues. Please try this.

Windows
Open a cmd prompt and type
ipconfig/flushdns
Then hit enter.

Mac

This flush's your computers dns cache and forces it to be refreshed.

Both the store and the main site seem to be down. Cleared my dns cache (Chrome on Mac OS), but it didn't seem to help.

I'm getting cloudflare host errors. Can't log in at the store's page, and can't log in from within Voltage Modular... :!:

Didn't notice when exactly, but it's already back up.

Hi,

Yes, it seems okay now. Looks like it was down for 26 minutes in the middle of the night for us.

Not the same DNS issue that prompted this topic.

Cool, just checking... wasn't sure if maybe it was related to dropping whatever old hosts the DNS might have pointed to or something similar. Thanks for checking back in!
