Paypal Declined

Hi
I have puchased POLYMODE instrument but my paypal was declined after a few days, hence I cannot use the instrument and I still see the instrument in my purchases page but I cannot see anyway of paying on my card.... how can I get access to this again.
When I try to load POLYMODE the download begins and freezes at completing installation...... A very quick set of options appears and quickly goes off before I can click "purchase" but it so fast to disappear.. then the download begins????
