FR: Any Use in a Virtual Midi Input/Output?
I have found sequencing and creating interesting arpeggiators / generators in Cherry Audio to be a lot of fun. Within a DAW it's fairly simple to utilize these as long as all sound generation is done within VM, but a lot of hosts have issues with routing MIDI from one track to another. Have you all ...

Re: Sequencer VST in Voltage Modular's Plugin Host
The Plug-In Host in VM does not seem to open up the parameters for tempo / transport to the user.
This makes it so you can't really use things like VST note processors, arpeggiators, and sequencers.
Pity.

Re: Inspiration/Customer killer
Since the original post was framed in terms of killing inspiration, I’d just like to say I think the client-server model is a huge boon to creativity. I was away from my computer and got some inspiration for a patch. Did I need to download and install all the modules on my desktop? No, I just logged...

Changing Standalone Tempo
Can you set the tempo in CA VM Standalone programmatically?
I want to detect the midi clock and tempo from an external source (already made a module to do that) and then change the tempo in VM to match it...

BPM Follower
It seems if I input a short gate instead of a trigger the BPM Follower says "999" in the top right, even if the outputs below it seem to be scaling properly. Am I doing something wrong here, do I just have to make sure everything feeding it is putting out as brief triggers as possible?

Re: Sequencer/Arpeggiator?
processSample is called once per sample. All you need to do is create a persistent counter that increments. If it reaches samplesPerBeat as Martin explained, there you go.

Re: Endless Encoders
I’ll play with some of the ideas mentioned here.
Endless encoders would help in the same way they help on control surfaces- to have there be no upper and lower limit to an interface control, just a series of fixed +/- values depending on the action the user is taking.

Lots of Crashes Editing GUI elements in 2.2.5
I’ve been experiencing a lot of crashes when resizing, repositioning, and duplicating GUI elements. This plus the (apparent?) lack of auto save has been losing me a lot of GUI work.
What can I provide to help find the source of these crashes? On Windows.

Endless Encoders
I'm working on a module that would really benefit from having endless encoders for the main functions of it.
Does anyone know if this is possible in the Module Designer? Doesn't appear to be from the docs but I could be missing something.
There are other ways to accomplish it, but call me curious!

Issue with Muter and Question
1. Found what appears to be a bug with Muter. If you send a momentary Gate to the "Mute All" input at the bottom it Mutes All, but will not toggle back to normal if a second gate is sent. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be momentary (gated) toggling or On/Off toggling but either way it se...
