Re: Skin Editor blank
Whoa. I see what is going on. I installed into D: drive but on reinstalling I looked carefully and it puts some stuff in D: drive and then switches to C: drive. It's a schemozzle. Now that is surely a bug. Now I can't seem to untangle this in Windows 10. Can I report this?

Skin Editor blank
Using VMD 1.3.16, first time trying Skin Editor, all the items are blank. Is that normal? I just want to customise some knobs. I would have thought you could edit the existing factory set. What am I missing?

Re: Coming May 2020..
The Voltage Modular software itself is a free download: https://cherryaudio.com/voltage-modular/download ..but without modules it doesn't do anything. That's very strange. Given it does nothing without modules, why have it free? Also, this business model is not clearly enunciated in the store. I wa...

Re: Coming May 2020..
I don't understand. I paid for Voltage Modular. Apart from the Helping Hand sale on Nucleus, isn't there a charge for VM? Where is it mentioned that it is free? Confused.Cherry Dan wrote: ↑Fri May 01, 2020 6:50 pm Voltage Modular software is always free. You only pay for modules, and all updates are free.

Re: How do I trigger a Sequencer from a MIDI Keyboard?
Do you mean you want to kick off a repeating sequence that keeps going with an initial keypress?

Re: Quality of documentation
So it's not the good documenters that are the topic of this thread, it's the poor ones.
Cherry Audio - can you implement some quality checking before accepting modules for sale? I;d be happy to provide feedback on such a thing.

Re: Quality of documentation
Check out Andy Mac's documentation. I wrote him several months ago just to thank him for the fine descriptions and consistent formatting in his PDF documentation. I can't say that it should be *the* standard for Voltage modules but I've yet to see anything better (save for CA's docs). His doco is g...

Quality of documentation
I think Voltage Modular is just excellent and I have bought almost all the modules. I am now commencing coding some modules to be submitted to the store perhaps in a few months. So, as a software architect I am also turning my attention to good and complete and lucid documentation for my modules. Th...
