Re: Still holding my breath for a method for next/prev sample in Sampler modules

Currently working on a bunch of VM stuff (secret!), but will discuss and see if there's something we can do to improve this in the Samplers.

Re: How can I chain patterns?

While we have your attention... I was talking about this idea of a sequencer with many steps with one of the programmers, and he suggested that we might make a seq module similar in concept to the Misfit Drum Trigger sequencer, which has 16-step patterns, but allows very easy storage of up to 32 pat...

Presently no, but we may reconsider how the performance buttons work down the road.

Re: How can I chain patterns?

Thanks... even though Voltage has the "built-in" six-way mults on the jacks, I often use actual mult modules because it helps make it easier to understand what's going on in a complex patch.

Re: How can I chain patterns?

Hey all, Cherry Mitch here. I took this on prior to reading the other forum entries (and the linked prev discussion)... you're all basically on the right track. The first thing comes to mind is “buy Octagon.” It can do up to 32 steps and each “step” can have up to 8 trigger notes (with the caveat th...

Re: Suggested New Module/s

Hey all, We've discussed idea for almost all of the modules mentioned here and they certainly may be on the horizon. Definitely talking about "west coast" type modules. As for the Mutable stuff, also discussed, it's not an easy port :( but it's still a possibility moving forward. We do tak...

Re: Octagon

Little late to the party, and sort of echoing what's already been said, but prior to creating Octagon, we created a lot of extended sequences with the 8- and 16-step sequencers by using a common clock source running through a Sync Divider (subdividing the clock by 8, 16, etc). Applying this idea to ...
