Thanks,
Dan

Re: Trigger on release
Maarten, You could use a Threshold module to send a +5 signal when the Gate Output signal is low. Just hook the Gate Output from the IO Panel to the Input of a Threshold module, and the Gate Out on the red side will be high when no keys are pressed. When you release a key, the gate will go high, and...

Re: VMD fault after update 1.3.16
Hi there, In order to use Module Designer, you need to have the matching version of Voltage Modular installed. If you're using VMD 1.3.16 but you only have Voltage Modular 1.3.15 installed, then Module Designer will give the error that you see. You can visit your library (https://store.cherryaudio.c...

Re: Voltage Module - Midi Out but not pitch bend/mod wheel
arbuxMusic, Since you're on Windows, you can probably select the "Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth" as your MIDI device when using the MIDI Output module. If you can, you'll easily be able to see that pitch bend and mod wheel are indeed transmitted to the MIDI output. The "Microsoft GS Wa...

Re: Polyphony for an VST effect in the Plugin-in-host
Thanks, the same process applies to the filters i suppose ? Since they are the ones generating the notes (resonant filters) Yes, that's correct. It's easier to use Voltage Modular's own polyphonic modules and filters, but with the Poly CV Converter module, you can make pretty much anything polyphon...

Re: Polyphony for an VST effect in the Plugin-in-host
Hi, The sampler modules are monophonic, but you can control multiple sample modules using the Poly CV Converter module. So add 4 samplers, each loaded with the same sample, and hook MIDI up to the Poly CV Converter module, then use the gate & pitch CV for each of the 4 channels to control each o...

Re: value handling in methode with faults
Markus is correct. You're modifying local variables in your function, and these variables are not getting returned. Based on your code, it would be much smarter to have two functions: public byte voltageToTone(double cvValue) and public byte voltageToOctave (double cvValue) Be sure to return the val...
