Hi JX3D,
A moment ago I wondered if it is possible to double click the name and change it manually. Turns out that it is.
So one could actually use any name.
Very best regards...

Re: Bug in namign in Perform Module
Hi jx3d, let me give a more concrete example that I think shows this up... Let's say I associate a perform module knob with a knob labelled "Frequency". The perform knob gets the name "Frequency". Ok - that makes sense. Now let's say I change my mind for some reason, remove the a...

Bug in naming in Perform Module
Hello, I noticed that if I pick a control (a knob, for example) in a module, right click, Perform Assign, Knob 1 (for example)... then knob 1 is renamed to the name of the knob I've just assigned to it. Ok - that makes sense. However, if I then assign to performance "None" the perform modu...

Scroll bars in "Editable Text" object
Hi folks, I'm not sure that the following observed behaviour of the "Editable Text" object makes much sense. When editing one of these, in a live module, if I exceed the size of the object then scroll bars appear. Fine. That makes sense. However, when I finish editing, the scroll bars disa...

Re: Adding detailed documentation (PDFs?)
Hi everyone,
the answer to this is to use the dashboard
https://store.cherryaudio.com/dashboard
as was kindly pointed out in a related posting.
Upload your module. Find it in the dashboard and then edit lots of data from there.

Re: Simulate a clock signal / printing values
Hi there, debugging is a bit of a nuisance. Here's what works for me... 1) the debugger lets you look at variables, etc. (Sorry, bit obvious.) 2) If you put a text box onto the canvas somewhere you can write text into the text box. Delete the text box when you're done. Regarding 2, I have a text box...

Re: Text Label border and background - bugs?
Hi there, panic over. The solution is as follows: - as the manual says, the alpha is, by default zero. - when you set either the background or border colour in the choose color dialogue, also remember to set the alpha. Sorry to have wasted anyone's time with this one. (BTW - I'm still not convinced ...

Text Label border and background - bugs?
Hello, I'm having a play with Text Labels and have noticed the following... The background colour selection does not seem to make any difference to the background colour. It always seems to be the same as the skin. I've tried change the opacity and it doesn't seem to make any difference. Also, I had...

Managing/deleting "published" modules
Hello,
is there some way to manage (i.e. delete) the modules published on your servers by a user (me, obviously)?
I've been playing around and have some beta modules that, really, should be deleted. However, I can find no way to to do either in module designer or your web pages.
Thanks...
