Middle C! Would there be any need for more than three inputs? Is three excessive anyway?

Re: Posting images

Thank you all for great help. Much appreciated.

For some reason, using imgbox etc does not work for me with [imag] tags. Don't know why.

Bug report procedure

With the current crop of bugs, what is the proper procedure and protocol for notifying CA or manufacturers of bugs and defects? I am not clear on this.

Modules categories

CA can you please add new module categories for each new manufacturer as they come on board?

We need a category for Nrgzr78.

Also we probably need a category just plain 'general' in that section.

Thanks!

Re: CV to Hertz module?

Hi @honki-bobo, your equation for volts to Hertz is not only correct, of course, but brilliant. It's deeply insightful. I just figured out the exponential from the zero volts value and 2.75 volts for A400 but I used y = ab^x instead of the x shifted form y = ab^(x+c) So I end up with y = 65.406398*2...

Re: CV to Hertz module?

@honki-bobo, having myself just written a volt meter, I am surprised to see yours. I can't find it on the store. That's worth releasing (in competition with my upcoming one).

Re: Beta testing

Make that an inhouse beat team and a selected public beta team. End users are the best punishment for software. It's funny how you can have a team of ten super brilliant developers produce a program with no bugs and you give it to a user and they crash it in ten minutes. I have studied this phenomen...

Posting images

This must be the most frequently asked FAQ ever. How do I post images? I am aware of the [img] tags. No links work. As an ordinary board user, am I debarred?

[When are we moving to Discourse as I offered to help where this is dead simple and just not an issue for people?]

Re: CV to Hertz module?

I have nearly finished it. It has a tunable A reference, naturally.

Interestingly, there is are some subtle exponential equations to solve for this, and they are sensitive to about 9 decimal places (such is exp()). My background is mathematics so this is right up my alley.

cheerio!
