Agreed, last preset load is appropriate for the stand alone VM only, DAWs already do this for plug-ins. In fact all the requests in the OP were intended for the stand alone VM but I suppose it would make sense to store the library state in each instance of the plug-ins too.
Thanks for the feedback

FR - save more session settings in standalone VM
Currently the standalone VM remembers its size, library and perform toggles between sessions. The state of the library is not persistent. Please consider making the active library tab displayed, sort and filter drop downs persistent across sessions. It would also be useful to have a config option to...

Thanks
Paperwork is the least glamorous part of software development.
I really appreciate good documentation.

When I mentioned the save issue earlier, viewtopic.php?p=1102#p1102
it was not clear if it was a feature or a flaw

Re: about the SUPER LFO.. and documentation...
Better help would be nice. Less marketing and more technical info would be appreciated. Then some modules have bad links to the help. For example, the link in the Sampler I module is https://docs.cherryaudio.com/cherry-audio/modules/sampler-one but the link on the doc site is https://docs.cherryaudi...

Why reposition the I/O and Perform Control panels
In https://forums.cherryaudio.com/viewtopic.php?p=1421#p1421 cherryaudio Greg offers a tip about moving the I/O and Perform Control panels. Not sure I understand the point of moving these panels when their position is not restored when loading a preset where the panels were moved from their default ...

The forum did not like my last post. Tried to embed 2 images but the forum (and I) got a little confused.

Re: FR - Add Cabinets from menu
Why would there be a threshold? Just like an MRU, there would be a fixed number of slots. It may take a while for the list to be meaningful but my guess is the 10-20 most frequent modules would sort themselves out quickly. While thinking about faster ways to access modules, if there were a User tab....

Re: FR - Add Cabinets from menu

Not as much a fan of recently used lists as much as frequently used lists especially given the is a duplicate module feature but I am probably in the minority.

Re: FR - Add Cabinets from menu
I may have misunderstood your question.
I was thinking about adding a cabinet preset as a new cabinet from the menu but it might be useful to have an insert cabinet preset into an existing cabinet option too. To goal is to build patches from modules and cabinet presets with the library collapsed.
