I went searching thru the oscillators I own for one that has a dial/switch to choose the waveform and I found nothing. All of them have separate outputs for each waveform. That said, if you can find an oscillator that lets you select a waveform like on your Kobol, but there's no CV input to modulate...

That's a hardware synth. Have you integrated it into Voltage Modular?
