Re: Amazing synth
Thanks! We're really proud of this one, and we're so excited that everyone can now take Memorymode for a spin. << It would be great to have that accurate modeled ladder filter available as a module in VM. >> Memorymode's filter is based on Cherry Audio's ladder filter design, which is implemented in...

Re: FR: Variation Module Immunity
Hi, Would anyone else see value in a module 'immunity' setting, where the designated modules will allow values to update across the entire series of variations? This feature already exists. Right-click on a module and uncheck "Enable Variations," and that module will no longer change when ...

Re: outputJack odd behaviour
PoohBear, As you mentioned, you need to write a value to a jack with one or more cables plugged in to it at every ProcessSample() call. If you don't, as you're seeing, the results are undefined. Worse, you're calling GetValue() on an output jack, which also has undefined behavior. Just like with har...

Re: Linear FM Bug since version 2.2.3
Hi Project, You're absolutely correct, there was a mistake with linear modulation introduced into VM's oscillator algorithm that was not obvious. The DC test posted above is sonically correct, but with audio-rate modulation the issue with linear modulation does make itself heard. This will be fixed ...

Re: Midi-Fails? - with patch download
Hi James, In MIDI, it is generally understood that MIDI Note 0 is C-1, not C0. In fact, some software and books will even refer to MIDI Note 0 as C-2. Because of this, what some applications call C3 and what some applications call C4 may be the same note. Here's an example of a standard MIDI note ch...
