Re: Quality of documentation

The documentation for Cherry Audio modules is really excellent. But I feel, as a legitimate paying customer having spent money to acquire commercial modules here that something is lacking in the quality control check by Cherry Audio of submissions.

Check out Andy Mac's documentation. I wrote ...

Re: Which bundle(s)?

With $100 you have to go with the Core package ($50) and PSP Ultimate ($50). After that, Macaulay Ultimate, then Vult's two bundles then Bernard Mini's. You'd have a toolkit to last a l-o-n-g time.

Re: Eight-Step Sequencer Basics Needed

The Sequencer plays as a drum machine (Envelope Filter set with low A and S) and the lower cabinet plays as a lead synth independently. Next step will be, panning both instruments (one left, one right). The Delta module was just an experiment.

The ultimate goal is to have 3 or 4 Sequencers with ...

Re: Eight-Step Sequencer Basics Needed

You're kidding...So the Sequencer actually acts as an independent CVOut panel! So here's what I did...Screenshot (4).png

I have the Sequencer running independently from a pitch-controlled synth. This was an amazing help SDV!

Sure, that's all a sequencer is -- a clocked CV out pitch + gate ...

FR: Hetrick Modules

While I'm on a tear regarding new modules I'd invite Michael to add some of his other cool modules from the Reaktor Blocks to his bundle namely;

- a combo Comb/VOSIM Osc,
- a combo Reso Bar & Wood Osc,
- Complex Osc,
- Wavetable LFO,
- Entropy Filter,
- Dattoro Verb,
- Low Pass Gate ...

Re: Eight-Step Sequencer Basics Needed

You're close. You want the step sequencer at the beginning of that chain so that it sends its CV output (the sequencer creates the CV voltage (i.e. your 'notes' when the Quantization button is pressed) to the KB CV input jack of the Oscillator (which turns the CV signal into actual sound).
Plug the ...

Re: FR: V2 of Octagon & Samplers

One more thing for the CA sequencers - it would be great if there were a faint background color in the slider space to indicate to what level a slider is raised (that would give an entire sequence a histogram-type visual which is very easy to grok when thinking about an overall 'pattern').

Re: Suggested New Module/s

I'd like to see a Clock Speed module as there are a few devs who have clock-modifying modules but no simple module to attach to know what the new clock speed is.

And as for AndyMac's inital request for West Coast modules - Hetrick has a number of them in his Reaktor Blocks collection - I requested ...

Re: Suggested New Module/s

Just wanted to bump this topic and get latest thoughts on ports of Mutable/Audible Instruments to VM? Definitely has to be top of my wish list for VM. In their current absence - what are the closest existing modules for Plaits, Grids, Marbles, Ripples, Tides?

Probably these are the only things ...

Re: MIDI error in Note 6 (nekomatic)

Just wanted to update this post and let everyone know that nekomatic resolved my issue and the module works both ways now. Very happy! :D
