Re: CV to Hertz module?
I have nearly finished it. It has a tunable A reference, naturally. Interestingly, there is are some subtle exponential equations to solve for this, and they are sensitive to about 9 decimal places (such is exp()). My background is mathematics so this is right up my alley. cheerio! That's great! Lo...

Re: CV to Hertz module?
Ohhh, that's *very* handy! Thanks for the help!honki-bobo wrote: ↑Tue May 26, 2020 2:27 pmGiven that you are using a 440Hz base tuning, this formula converts Volts to Hz:
55.0*2^(x+0.25)
You can replace the 55.0 in the formula by (base tuning / 8) if you want to change your base tuning.

Re: CV to Hertz module?
You mean convert the pitch 1V/octave CV to frequency, based on A= 440 Hz? I don't think there is one currently in the store, is there? I have started module development - this is a very easy module to write. Let me have a go at it for us. I currently have a six output frequency reference oscillator...

CV to Hertz module?
I'm wondering if any of the devs have created a CV to Hertz module? I've looked through, I think, all of the modules but have 't seen one so far.
I'd like to use such a module to aid in 'tuning' my sequencers & oscillators in a non-quantized manner.

Re: Filter similar to mutable Instruments Ripples
I brought up the topic of Mutable plugs on the Facebook forum and the general consensus there was that converting C++ code to Java was no easy task. It's too bad bc they have an interesting ethos around module design, as do many developers for VCV, which I'd like to see picked up by VM devs.

VCV Modules in Voltage?
Wondering if we're going to see modules such as Flux (which is a companion to Caudal), Vessek or Incubus (oh man this thing's a beast!) make it to Voltage?

Re: Voltage Modular 2.0 is here!
Trying to install here on Windows and I get a "decompression error" message. I've tried updating from within my VM 13. (which is now hosed) and from the download on the website and each package gives that error. VM2_error1.JPG It looks like it had a problem decompressing the executable. Perhaps you...

The new clock dividers are fantastic! As is the new Length setting per track! Thanks for making a great sequencer even better!
