Voltage Modular and Rack Pro both have host modules.
It is possible to load either synth into the other.

Support for this is relatively new. The VST3 SDK 3.7.0 was announced at the end of July.

When running Cakewalk by BandLab on Win10 - I can get MIDI note data out of the VST3 version of VM but not CC data. Everything works as expected in the VST2. You may change the path in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\VST VSTPluginsPath at any time. This is used by some installers and applications as the default VST2 path. Some installers also set the value.
