Re: AddChildComponent() - how does it work?
(= Glad you got it figured out. The upcoming Piano Roll module uses child components extensively. Each note object is a VoltageRectangle inside of VoltageViewport. Hovering over a note object will add a label over the note object in order to show it's note value, for example. Should be coming up in ...

Re: AddChildComponent() - how does it work?
Set the position relative to the parent. That should help.

Re: Feature Requests: CV Input for Knobs and Portability
You can use up to four machines at a time for Voltage Modular. To show another user what you are doing simply login with your account and all your modules will download. If you've already used four machines you can deactivate one on your profile on the Cherry Audio website.

Try VST2 or standalone and see if the crackling happens. I cannot hear any crackling on Res Bass.

Re: Assigning aftertouch
Steve,
Thank you for reporting this. This is a bug and will be fixed in the next installer update. The intention was to use channel pressure instead of aftertouch. We do not support polyphonic aftertouch except through MPE.
Thank you!

We have started a new forum section for the DCO. We are broadening our base and many users expressed that they wanted to see the DCO module as a plugin so we built it. Sorry for the confusion. We still have many modules planned and there are great 3rd party modules being created all the time. I am w...

Re: How to add presets
You need to put your .voltagepreset files in category folders, ie:
> Presets > YourPresetPack > Category1 > mypreset.voltagepreset
One flaw is that it requires a category.
The .presetDB files are cached data and can be deleted...it will just rebuild it.

Re: How to add presets
You need to create one main folder followed by category folders. The presets should be added to the category folders. Copy some of the existing structures from other preset collections. Hope this helps!
