Thanks for the quick response.
The install was a clean install as it is a new PC (at least as far as Voltage Modular is concerned). Thus there should not be any vst's lying about anywhere but in the designated area.
I've now managed to get it to work in Studio One - by uninstalling the stand alone ...

Error: common interface version does not match current...
..version (1.3.13). Please reinstall Voltage.
I have reinstalled.
I have tried using in Reason (obviously Voltage still not compatible with DAW) and in Studio One 4. Latter throws the error.
